Taking Utopia to Mongolia....
Utopia Works and Total Utopia are proud to support Pete Stockall of GVA Grimley and Mike Mogford (MOD) in their epic and record breaking race to Mongolia.
The pair (Two Men Went To Mow) set off on the epic adventure on 30 July from Hyde Park London with a final destination some 8000 miles away all for charity. We are delighted to congratulate the pair on being the first team to reach Ulaan Bataar.
As you will see it really is quite an achievement especially in a car (Daisy) that was swapped for a packet of crisps!!
The best way to show your admiration and appreciation & to play a small part in the event is to visit the following websites to support the charities. Donating on-line is very VERY easy and will only take you a minute or two.

We intend to update this news section with a full set of stories and accounts plus pictures of the route.. once the pair have had a shower!!

One quarter of the world in three weeks!
The course of the Mongol Rally will pits cars against some of the most remote parts of the world. Thousands of miles of desert, forest, mountain, bad roads, no roads and adventure.
As the crow flies, the distance to Mongolia from London is only a tiny 6000 miles. This, was deemed a bit puny. So the marvellous invention, the detour has added to the complications. The route adds up to about 8000 - 10000 miles and takes in a lot of unfathomably bad roads and some great scenery.
